The properties on this website are updated each night and photos are included as they become available. Not all properties available for sale in a market are included on this site. www.wihomes.com/property/quicksearch.asp

The WI Homes website offers a broad search of properties throughout Wisconsin, but it has limited search tools (nine options), and provides an abbreviated report. That may not be the most efficient way to search if you have specific requirements. If that is your situation, consider the Custom Search below.

If you would like a search that is more specific than the MLS Search, I will prepare one for you. In addition, I will establish an automatic email to you of new listings that meet your specifications. For example, you may want a Wisconsin lakefront home, or water access without the expense of a lakefront. You may wish to see recreational properties suitable for your favorite activity. You may be looking at retirement properties, or want to see only homes with municipal water and sewer, only new construction, etc. I can program that and much more into your search.
